History

2003-2006:

Designed, developed, delivered over 3,600 SMARTS 360 command leadership assessments to assess at-sea command cultures.

2007-2009:

Per Admiral Roughhead’s direction created algorithms and a competency management program capable of measuring over 10,000 assessments per year for USFF, and measured the correlation between USFF Command Culture and Bottom Line Productivity.   In 2007, based on our diagnostic run on the U.S. Atlantic Fleet, we predicted that the USS George Washington was the most likely ship to have a mishap due to not following procedures and three months later, the ship suffered a half billion dollars in damages resulting from a fire caused by crew behaviors.

2010 – 2011:

Designed, developed, and delivered the SAPR Training Pre/Post course assessments for USFF.

2011 – 2012:
Working with MCPON Mike Stevens designed, developed, and delivered software to perform a ship-wide 360 of the Chief’s Mess. Assessed over 3,000 Chiefs, 95 Commands.  Created systems to help Navy ship Captains see patterns within their workforce that they otherwise were not able to see.  To provide context for the Captains, we would correlate those patterns to desired strategic outcomes like mission readiness, engineering scores, combat systems scores.  We then were not only able to prioritize needs analysis but predict what would happen onboard the commands that completed the diagnostic.

2013 – 2014:  Entered commercial marketplace and have some small efforts like Harley Davidson, Knowledge Management Institute underway and have expanded selling to Canada and Australia for a $2M Sales Pipeline.  Our sales cycle is about 4-6 months.
